Ron Hughes
President
Ron Hughes has been involved in the design, operation, and construction of data centers for over twenty years. In the last 7 years alone, as owner of California Data Center Design Group, Mr. Hughes has supervised the design of over 1,700,000 square feet of state-of-the-art data centers. His company is recognized as one of the leaders in data center design worldwide and is currently the technical design consultant for the State of California’s data center consolidation project, Stanford University’s new data center as well as Lawrence Livermore National Labs new AIS data center.

Managed the design of over 1.7 million square feet of data centers in the last 7 years. Projects were located in the US, Asia, Europe, the middle east and Mexico. Member of the High Density Data Center Design Committee, the TIA data center standards committee and the former president of the 7x24 Sacramento Chapter. As a company, CDCDG has evaluated over 800,000 square feet of data center space in the last 6 years and has worked with clients that have purchased 29 major data centers as a result of our evaluations.

Richard A. Greco, LEED® AP
Managing Director
Mr. Greco has over 35 years experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems supporting complex technical facilities. He has extensive executive management experience operating business units specializing in the operation, maintenance and commissioning of mission critical facilities.Mr. Greco is a LEED® Accredited Professional and is a member of ASHRAE, IEEE and IFMA. He has served on many standards committees regarding mission critical infrastructures. Additionally, he teaches a University of California Extension class on the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems. He is widely published and a frequent speaker on topics of interest to the mission critical industry, such as:· Commissioning of new and existing buildings· Operations and maintenance risk management and efficiencies· High density data centers· Risk assessment and management
